Q. How do I place my order?

  1. Click on the product you want to buy.
  2. Click on the “Add To Cart” option.
  3. You can add multiple products to the cart by opening different product pages and adding them to the cart.
  4. After that, click on “Cart” on the menu bar.
  5. Scroll down and click “Proceed to checkout.”
  6. Fill in all the billing details and check your order details (including the total cost).
  7. Click on the “Place Order” button below the form.
  8. Your order is placed, and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  9. You can receive your order via Cash On Delivery (COD) method.

Q. How do I cancel an order on Chughtai Cutlery?

A. To cancel your order, log in to your account. For guest users, they can call our helpline during office hours to cancel their orders. You can also cancel an order during the final confirmation call.

Q. What is your returns policy?

A. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 7-day return policy on all tech products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.

To return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used to purchase the product. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your account. If you paid with Bank or any other local payment methods in Pakistan, the refund will be sent to your account.
